IlliNight provides crowd-sourced and public-source information about campus nightlife. The app is informational only. Cover, line, crowd, hours, deals, and event details may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate.

IlliNight is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the University of Illinois, any listed bar, Instagram, Apify, Google, OpenAI, Supabase, Vercel, or Apple unless explicitly stated.

• Do not post harassment, threats, hate, bullying, or explicit content.
• Do not impersonate people, bars, staff, moderators, or organizations.
• Do not submit spam, knowingly false reports, or misleading photos.
• Do not upload private, invasive, unsafe, or identity-focused photos.
• Only submit photos you have the right to share.
• Respect blocks, moderation decisions, and support instructions.

IlliNight is not intended to encourage underage drinking, excessive drinking, unsafe behavior, driving under the influence, or illegal activity. Follow all laws, venue rules, and safety guidance.

We may remove, hide, reject, or limit content and device activity to protect users, improve accuracy, comply with policy, or prevent abuse. Users can block anonymous guests on their own device, and admins may mute or ban abusive device identities. Reports and support requests are reviewed as quickly as practical.

You are responsible for what you submit. You agree not to use the app to violate laws, harm others, interfere with app operations, scrape private data, or bypass moderation and rate limits.
